Our products come with a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. The duration of the warranty varies depending on the product and will be specified in the product documentation or packaging. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications or repairs. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper installation or maintenance.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department and provide proof of purchase and a description of the problem. We may require you to return the product for inspection and evaluation. If the product is found to be defective under the terms of the warranty, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department and provide proof of purchase. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product covered under warranty.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria. If the product is eligible for a refund or exchange, we will process it promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and exchanges will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Please note that certain products may be subject to restocking fees or other restrictions, which will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to misuse or abuse of the product, improper installation, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
The warranty does not apply to defects, damage, failure, or loss resulting from the following:
